We are so glad we went with Enkasa for the purchase of our first home! From walking us through a sample purchase agreement page-by-page to ensure we understood what everything meant before making our first offer; to being diligent about sending us all relevant homes and making herself available to meet us at our convenience; to guiding us through the nuance of the buying process, Jessica provided white glove service every step of the way. The perks that Enkasa offers with the in-house contractors (Andy was great) and designers are unmatched. Overall a great experience and would definitely purchase a home through Enkasa again.
There isn't enough space in this tiny box to express our gratitude for Jessica. Buying your first home is everything they say it will be- a roller coaster that will (at times) make you feel absolutly sick to your stomach. Best advice - get yourself a team like this one. It is no secret that the Bay Area's housing market is like no other- it is absolutely brutal. Throw Covid into the mix- it felt like every week was a fire drill! But we did it! Jessica made magic happen when it came to showings- working with our crazy schedules and Covid restrictions. Her eye for design was key in helping us see all the potential that different homes had. Giving us honest feedback, thoughtful insight and helping us hone in on what we really wanted. She was there for us at 10 pm to debrief when things didn't go how we hoped. They prepped us for bids, kept us informed and up to date- we never felt left in the dark. They answered every question for every article in every single disclosure packet. There is absolutely nothing this team doesn’t know- the experience and expertise is unmatched. Trust me, there were A LOT of questions! The team made us feel supported and encouraged every step of the way. When our dream home finally came along - Jessica showed us true grit and tenacity - she gave us the *gentle* nudge we needed and put us in the very best position to make our dreams come true! We are homeowners because this team gave us the confidence and courage to go a little bit big in order to make it home. I could go on and on- but do yourself a favor.
